DESBROCE Y LIMPIEZA DE LA LADERA OESTE DEL CASTILLO

Se ha realizado el desbroce de la ladera principal del castillo Beatriz de Borja, en su orientación oeste. Podemos apreciar en la cuatro primeras fotos el ANTES y en las siguientes el DESPUÉS. Posteriormente de esta limpieza procederemos a la fumigación.

En el desbroce se ha respetado la planta habitual en las laderas de los antiguos castillos “Altramuz hediondo”. Esta planta, de flores amarillo-verdosas, si se toca, despide un olor desagradable, además tiene cierta toxicidad. Por ello, en la Edad Media, le encontraron una utilidad: impregnaban  las puntas de las flechas que se disparaban con arcos y ballestas, con la esencia de esta planta, para que estos ápices contuvieran veneno. Todo ello lo hemos podido investigar, por distintas fuentes de información y el libro “Flora Tóxica de la Comunidad Valenciana” de Luis Mulet Pascual.

S'ha realitzat el desbrossament del vessant principal del castell Beatriz de Borja, en la seva orientació oest. Podem apreciar a la quatre primeres fotos el ABANS i en les següents el DESPRÉS. Posteriorment d'aquesta neteja procedirem a la fumigació.
En el desbrossament s'ha respectat la planta habitual en els vessants dels antics castells "Tramús pudent". Aquesta planta, de flors groc-verdoses, si es toca, acomiada una olor desagradable, a més té certa toxicitat. Per això, en l'Edat Mitjana, li van trobar una utilitat: impregnaven les puntes de les fletxes que es disparaven amb arcs i ballestes, amb l'essència d'aquesta planta, perquè aquests àpexs continguessin verí. Tot això ho hem pogut investigar, per diferents fonts d'informació i el llibre "Flora Tòxica de la Comunitat Valenciana", Luis Mulet Pascual.
